I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazing people over my career, people who have inspired me, and pushed me further than I once thought was possible. In turn I teach a weekly “Pure Serenity” class for relaxation of the busy mind and body using gentle movements of qigong and tai chi. This helps people learn a sense of balance and calm among the madness! The class succeeds in helping to reduce their stress levels.
I also run inspiring open workshops locally throughout the year. These workshops cover a range of empowering topics including “how to be at your best”, “thrive don’t just survive”, “creating a magical life”, “the heart of resilience” They are fun, interactive and provide people with tools and strategies for a positive fulfilled life.
