Inspiration is what I live for. Just as I thrive on inspiring others, I need inspiration to push me further every day.

I take that inspiration from many places including the natural environment, sport and wherever people have challenged their boundaries to exceed all expectations.

I’m a massive fan of Moto GP, and work with champion Marc Marquez.

I have first hand knowledge of competition at the very highest level having been a world champion sportswoman.

I take inspiration from the Welsh mountains and other areas of natural beauty.

And finally I take inspiration from the success of programmes I’ve led, and the awards they have won.
